Over the past few months, we’ve been making a lot of changes to CC Workstation.  We’ll be sharing these changes with you all in our upcoming release.  Some feature highlights in v0.95:

  • Much faster image rendering

  • Bilinear interpolation

  • A redesigned Explorer panel (formerly the “Dashboard”)

  • C-STORE SCU

  • Text overlay

  • Dockable workspace tabs

  • Context menu support

  • Much improved stability

These are some of the new visible features.  Equally important are the significant changes that have been made under the hood, including:

  • A completely overhauled component architecture

  • Usage of a lightweight, open source database known as SQLite

And of course, all of our developer documentation will be updated to reflect the new changes.  Anyway, we anticipate that we’ll be able to release with in the next 2-3 weeks, so stay tuned and check back here regularly!
