ClearCanvas Workstation User's Guide

Current Release: 2.0 SP1 (2010-03-05)

ClearCanvas Workstation 2.0 SP1 is finally ready for release. We've put a lot of effort into improving on our previous release, and hope you enjoy the new features. Most notable are:

  • Multiplanar Reconstruction (MPR). Enables users to generate images from additional perspectives using a stack of source images in the same plane by building a 3-D volume from the entire stack and then interpolating the other perspectives.
  • Load images with external applications. Enables users to define external applications which can be executed within ClearCanvas Workstation and passed parameters like file information or DICOM attributes.
  • Show image properties. Display DICOM attributes of an image that are not displayed on the text overlay.
  • Study Filters. Display various properties and DICOM attribute values of the selected files in a tabular form with easy-to-use filters and operations.
  • Scroll bar for stacking images. Stack through images individually or jump to different positions by clicking on the scroll bar.
