Norman Young
President & CEO
Norman founded ClearCanvas in 2005. As a software developer at the University Health Network in Toronto, Canada, he was part of the original team that developed eFilm Workstation, a well-known PACS viewer. He continued his work on eFilm as a senior software developer at Merge Healthcare. In the early days of ClearCanvas, Norman laid the technical foundation for what is now ClearCanvas Workstation. As President & CEO, he is most passionate about the company’s mission to make medical imaging informatics accessible to all. Norman holds a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science and an M.A.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, both from the University of Toronto.
Clinton Chau
Vice President of Engineering & CTO
Clinton joined ClearCanvas in 2006. After working as a software developer at Hewlett Packard, he joined the eFilm Workstation team at the University Health Network. Clinton later became a Development Manager at Merge Healthcare. As Vice President of Engineering and CTO, Clinton excels in leading product innovation, process design and regulatory compliance. Clinton holds a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
