"How will you make money?"

Not surprisingly, just about everyone we've talked to has asked us this question. As an open source software company, we don't sell products. Eventually, we intend to sell development, custom engineering and related services. If, for example, you would like a specialized feature added to ClearCanvas Workstation, but are unable to do it yourself, we could add that feature for you on a pay-for-service basis. And if you agree to it, all the code that we write for you would be open source too.
